Budget

Please bring a rough guideline as to what your budget is, so that we can show you design ideas and flowers that work within that budget. If you are not sure, you can look online at your favourite inspiration photos and see what they cost or talk with our knowledgeable floral wedding Coordinator.

Inspiration Photographs

The internet has an endless supply of stunning images, create a Pinterest page or gather the photos you love together and bring them to your consultation, we can then create a dream wedding, tailored specifically to your personal taste.

Flower Choices

Of course we carry the most exquisite collection of roses, hydrangea, orchids and peonies (when in season), but there are so many other beautiful blooms for you to choose from, have a look online and make your wedding unique with a few unexpected choices.

The Colour Choice and Theme

It is great to have an idea of the colour and theme of your wedding, for example would you like a wild garden look, and elegant refined look or a modern clean lined look? When it comes to colour, the world is your oyster, are you looking for soft pastels, a monochromatic colour scheme or something bright and colourful? By knowing your theme and colour choices we can recommend blooms that will work perfectly with your theme.

Quantities

So that we can make an accurate quote for you, it is wise to calculate the approximate number of table centres, bridesmaid’s bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres you might require before you come to meet with us.

View you Wedding Venue before you meet with us

It is important to view your venue before meeting with us, so you have a clear idea of where you might need flowers. Measurements and photographs are a great tool to work with, especially if it’s a private home, or a unique venue. For more popular venues ask them for recommendations of where flowers have been placed for weddings and events in the past, they are a wealth of knowledge.  If you have your own thought and ideas for the venue, make sure that they are allowed, for example many churches do not allow rose petals.

Set Up and Delivery

We do offer set up and delivery for your event, although we do not offer take down services. What we would need from you is where you might like us to deliver to, for example the bride’s home, the groom’s home, the ceremony sight, the reception site or the rehearsal dinner venue. We also offer pick up from the store if you would like that option.

Wedding Quote Policy

 We are honored to design beautiful florals for weddings and celebrations, and we take great care in ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned. To best serve all of our clients while managing our busy floral shop and studio, we have created the following policy for wedding consultations and quotes:

• One Complimentary Consultation: We are pleased to offer one free in-person consultation to discuss your wedding vision and floral needs.

• Written Quote: Following this consultation, you will receive one written quote by email.

• One Adjustment: If needed, we are happy to provide one adjusted quote to reflect minor changes.

• Follow-Up Call: We will schedule one follow-up phone call to review details and answer questions.

After this process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and continue with further consultations, adjustments, or planning. Please note that your event date cannot be held without this deposit.

We kindly remind you that our time is valuable, and select wedding dates are in high demand. To respect all of our clients, we ask that additional consultations beyond what is outlined above occur only after the deposit is received.

Because we operate both a retail floral shop and a design studio, we may not always be available for unscheduled meetings or emails. To ensure we can give you the attention you deserve, appointments are required.
